Monday to Friday, UK hours. Messages sent at the weekend are answered on Monday.

Write from the address on the account. One month is the statutory limit under UK GDPR, not a target.

Before you write
Two pages answer most messages faster than we can: how it works covers what the software does and what it deliberately does not, and security covers where your plan is kept and who can reach it.
What we cannot answer
We can explain what a section is for, how a figure is calculated, and what a lender usually looks for. We cannot tell you whether your forecast is realistic, whether to take a loan, or how to structure your company — LiveBizPlan produces a planning document, and it is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. For that, talk to an accountant or an adviser who can take responsibility for the answer.
