Cookies and browser storage

LiveBizPlan sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for sign-in. There is no tracker on this website or in the app, which is why you were not asked to dismiss a banner before reading this.
It does keep some things in your browser’s local storage, which does the same job as a cookie for the purposes of the law, so here is the complete list.
1. What is stored in your browser

All of it is strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, which is why no consent is required for it under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations or Art. 5(3) of the EU ePrivacy Directive. None of it is used to identify you across other websites, because none of it ever leaves your browser except the session token, which is sent to us to prove who you are.
2. Third parties
There are none on the website. No fonts loaded from a font service, no scripts from a CDN, no embedded video, no chat widget, no advertising network. The fonts are served from our own domain, which is also why they cannot be used to track you.
Inside the app, if you switch AI drafting on, your browser talks to the AI provider whose key you supplied. That is a direct request from you to them under their policies.
3. Clearing it
Everything above is removed by clearing site data for this domain in your browser’s settings, or by using a private window.
If you are not signed in, that deletes your plans. They exist nowhere else. Export the plan first — the JSON export is a complete copy you can import back.
4. If this changes
If we ever add analytics or any other non-essential storage, this page will be updated before it goes live and you will be asked for consent properly — with a real choice, and with refusing as easy as accepting.
